Ski for Light National Organization
Sighted cross-country skiers guiding skiers with vision impairments—national organization with annual, week-long xc ski event. Betsy’s involvement to Ski for Light since 2000 made her aware of the work of the National Library Service at the Library of Congress which publishes vetted books in braille and audio for people who can’t read a regular book, including Just Breathe Out — Using Your Breath to Create a New, Healthier You.
New England Regional Ski for Light
Two weekend ski events annually in Vermont and
New Hampshire; seasonal outdoor events, as well.
