Braille version - Just Breathe Out

The link between Just Breathe Out—Using Your Breath to Create a New, Healthier You, the print version, and Just Breathe Out, the braille and audio versions, is Judy Dixon, shown here with her Seeing Eye dog Potter and me.

We recently spent time together while at Ski for Light, the annual, week-long cross-country ski adventure connecting visually or mobility-impaired adults with sighted cross-country skiers as guides.

Judy has been involved in Ski for Light since 1977, first as a skier and now as support staff of this all-volunteer, not-for-profit organization. I have been a ski guide for over a decade—my annual dose of high adventure.

Judy is Consumer Relations Officer at the National Library Service at the Library of Congress. She submitted Just Breathe Out to the Library of Congress for consideration to be published in braille and audio versions.

After vigorous vetting, Just Breathe Out was accepted for publication by the Library of Congress and is now freely available through the National Library Service to people with visual impairment or people who cannot hold a book.https://www.loc.gov/nls/

All the information you need is in Just Breathe Out, available in paperback, e-book, and iTunesAudible formats, as well as in braille and audio at the National Library Service of the Library of Congress.
